Saing Soenthrith, a 20-year veteran of The Cambodia Daily who helped shepherd a generation of foreign reporters into Cambodian journalism and beyond, passed away Saturday evening. He was 54.
The cause was kidney failure, according to his family.
All OPCC members would like to express their deepest condolences to Rith’s family and friends. The cremation ceremony will take place at 7pm Monday, January 7. Please refer to the map for the location.
