The OPCC brought together scores of journalists, news watchers and critics to discuss the state of the world’s media coverage of Cambodia. Held at Meta House in Phnom Penh, the 2-hour event touched on reporting cliches such as eating tarantulas and Angkor Wat and broached sensitive environmental issues such as the relative merits of the Mekong River Commission and the plight of the Kingdom’s waterways.
